Posted Aug. 9, 2007 -- The drama isn't over for Kali Bowyer, who wants a do-over DNA test from Chris Rock, just to be sure the first one really did prove he isn't the father of her 13-year-old son.
On Monday, Rock and his wife, Malaak, announced that DNA tests concluded he didn't father Bowyer's kid. But the Georgian woman says a second one is needed due to Rock's history of past paternity tests. According the former actress and legal assistant, she is one of a few other women who have pursued paternity cases against the comedian. She also says she made no money from selling her story to tabloids magazines. Bowyer also says Rock and his wife violated a court order instructing them not to share any details of the case with the media.
There is a protective order regarding the results, so I will let my lawyers deal with the current situation,” says Bowyer. "As for the second DNA test, Chris, myself and our lawyers have to meet for mediation within 20 days. If he agrees to take the DNA test then, I see him do it and it comes back negative, I'll move on." No, go for three!

Fox Ordered to Leave Liquor Alone
A judge in L.A. County says actress Vivica A. Fox can’t have even a swig of alcohol until her September arraignment on a DUI charge she received this spring. “She can be around it, because of the nature of her work, but she cannot consume or possess it. I am not permitting her to consume alcohol,” an L.A. County Superior Court judge says. Fox
blew a .08 alcohol level after she was stopped on an L.A.-area freeway in March. Fox faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine, if convicted.
Sienna Miller, Diddy's Lady - Maybe
Is Sienna Miller what's new and sexy in Diddy's life or what? According to gossip-mongers, Miller and Diddy have been seen everywhere together, but deny being lovebugs. Diddy's ex-girlfriend, Kim Porter, is denying it, too. How then to explain the actress and hip-hop mogul leaving a party in Ibiza, Spain together. Hmm? Hmm? Their friendship started back in January, sources say.
They were photographed partying at Bungalow 8 and at Crobar and snapped at breakfast time at the Gramercy Park Hotel. That was just a couple weeks after Porter gave birth to Diddy's twins. Following the Princess Diana memorial concert recently, Miller and Diddy were seen at Paper, a London nightclub, getting close. Porter, a obvious source, tells OK! magazine that although her ex-strayed during their relationship, he didn't cheat with Miller. "They're just friends. That wasn't the cause [of the split]." Okay.
