The mother, manager, and mastermind behind the Kardashian machine objects to criticism that her daughters don’t possess any talent or skill and need to find “real jobs.”
Kris Jenner, recently profiled in The Hollywood Reporter for turning the Kardashian empire into a brand that brought in $70 million last year, spoke with Redbook magazine about her daughters’ critics. On allegations that Kim, Kourtney and Khloe have no talent, Jenner says: "They might not be singers or dancers, but they certainly know how to produce a television show.”
As to whether or not producing a show qualifies as talent, Jenner added, “Whether you want to call it talent or not, they have multiple shows on the air. How many shows do you have?"
Jenner also blasted mumblings that her daughters don’t work by adding, “They are fashion stylists and designers; they own a chain of stores. They had the stores before they had the show.”
Jenner insisted that her daughters have been employed since they were 13 years old and quipped, “They work 25 hours a day.”
