Phaedra Parks' Husband Cuffed By Federal Agents

Phaedra Parks' Husband Cuffed By Federal Agents

Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Apollo Nida, mistakenly pulled over.

Suspicions buzzed after it was reported that Apollo Nida, the husband of attorney and The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member Phaedra Parks, had been handcuffed by authorities in Atlanta this weekend.

Nida’s ex-felon status played a major subplot in the third season of the popular Bravo reality series. Parks later explained that her husband had been incarcerated on charges of racketeering.

With word that Nida had potentially run into trouble with the law again, suspicions about the formally incarcerated reality star ran high.  However, it has since been confirmed that Nida being cuffed was all a misunderstanding. TMZ is now reporting that when members of the Georgia Task Force pulled him over, they quickly realized that they had the wrong guy. Sources say Apollo bears a “striking resemblance” to a key player in a current investigation.

Both Nida and Parks are tapped to be back on the fourth season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
