Was there a reason behind Katt Williams pimp-slapping the Target employee last month? The comedian claims there was and claims the guy called him the N-word. Williams was videotaped explaining the exchange to an audience.

During his show Wednesday night at the Comedy Store in Hollywood, Williams described the confrontation between he and the employee in Sacramento on November 25. "This is what the dude at Target said, 'Your assistant is already suing you, you p---y a-- n---a,'" explained the combative comedian

The employee was referring to the $5 million lawsuit filed against Williams by his former assistant who claimed the comic punched her. Following the alleged slur from the Target worker, Katt said he snapped and asked the employee, "Did you just say the N-word in front of Katt Williams?"

"You say it all the time," Williams said the employee shot back. Williams says he asked the guy to, "Say it again and see what happens.” Immediately after saying that, the comedian slapped the young man, comparing his racism plight to that of Dave Chappelle, stating, "That's the same s--t that drove [Chappelle] out of the f-----g business."

The Target employee, whose name is Forrest Liebenberg, was reportedly terminated from his job shortly after the incident. No explainantion was given for the firing.
