Brandon T. Jackson continues his quest for justice against an air hostess who he claims launched a racially-charged diatribe against him on a US Airways flight on Monday. The actor, recognizable from films like Tropic Thunder and the Percy Jackson series, tweeted his outrage that the flight attendant called him the N-word and said, "I don't care if you're Obama's son, you better sit down."

Now, he's countering the airline's claim that he was drunk and disorderly on the flight. According to Jackson, he was running lines from a script with passenger who was sitting next to him. The flight attendant then accused them of being too loud, but the actor told her the rowdy passengers were actually in the row in front of them.

The flight attendant complained to the pilot that Jackson was intoxicated. According to a statement from Jackson's rep to TMZ, he was questioned by authorities upon landing in Phoenix and they determined he was not, in fact, under the influence. Jackson claims he has 13 of his fellow passengers as eyewitnesses, and intends to make US Airways pay for their disrespect.

According to TMZ, an eyewitness came forward, "We spoke to Darrell Howard, who was sitting next to Brandon, and he says he doesn't recall hearing the Obama comment ... but insists Jackson was NOT drunk -- and had no more than two drinks (Jack and gingers)."  TMZ added that Darrell Howard "was shocked to see the flight attendant snap the way she did."
