Phaedra Parks' Husband Surrenders Passport to Avoid Jail Time

Reality star arrested for bank fraud, posted bail at $25,000.

Phaedra Parks' husband, Apollo Nida, is a free man, under many conditions. The reality star, who was arrested last Thursday on charges of bank fraud and identity theft, posted $25,000 bail and was required to give up his U.S. passport. 

Nida, frequently featured on Real Housewives of Atlanta with his wife, must also refrain from drinking and drug use, surrender any firearms, actively seek employment and report to a probation officer on a regular basis. According to documents obtained by, any violations will send him straight to jail. Nida previously served a five year sentence on racketeering charges.

Parks and Nida have already become the target of some of their RHOA co-stars, including Kenya Moore, who slammed the couple on Twitter last week.
