Laverne Cox just landed her first post-Emmy nominations gig. The Orange Is the New Black star, who capped off a breakout year with a nod in the Best Guest Actress category (she lost to her co-star Uzo Aduba), will guest star on MTV's Faking It next season, the show confirmed via its official Twitter account.
Cox will play Margot, the director of fictitious Hester High's drama club, in the episode. The character is described as "demanding, intense and full of herself." Margot "puts hopefuls through a ghastly series of exercises, all designed to strip them down to their cores," the show's star Rita Volk shared.
MTV's faux-lesbian romantic drama premieres on September 23.
