"Domestic violence is never okay," tweets the actor.

In what some may say is an ironic move, Columbus Short called out disgraced NFL player Ray Rice on Instagram, posting "Domestic violence is never okay!!!" The former Scandal star added, "The NFL made the right decision. Violence against women who we should love and adorn is unacceptable."

A fine message, except for the fact that Short was arrested for choking and threatening to kill his own wife just a few months ago. The actor's ex, Tanee McCall-Short, even asked the court for a restraining order against her allegedly abusive husband. His marital issues, along with a separate arrest for beating a man at a bar, lead to Short being fired from Scandal earlier this year. is your #1 source for Black celebrity news, photos, exclusive videos and all the latest in the world of hip hop and R&B music.
