Columbus Short's words are getting him in trouble yet again. This time, a woman the actor allegedly got pregnant claims that he threatened to murder Jamie Foxx during a rant, and even bullied her young son.

According to TMZ, Agostina Laneri filed a restraining order against Short last week after stating that he was both emotionally and physically abusive to her child. It's not clear whether the child in question is Short's.

"If I choose to kill one of these n****s... I will do that," she said he told her, according to the docs. "I'm that crazy n**** that will be on the news as the n**** that murked [murdered] Jamie Foxx." Laneri went on to say that Short threatened, "Y'all should be very afraid. Very afraid." The Oscar-winning actor's connection to Short and Laneri is not known.

She further justified her claims that the former Scandal star abused her child, claiming that Short said that the boy needed to learn.

He also reportedly told her, "Don't forget who I am. I have a knife."

The actor has been ordered by the court to stay 100 years away from Laneri and her son.
