Capping off a spiritual week that included a visit to her ancestral home in Armenia, Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West had their daughter North West baptized in Jerusalem. The family held the religious ceremony in a centuries-old Armenian church in the holy city on Monday.

"Kim Kardashian's daughter will be baptized and become a Christian officially and a member of the Armenian church," said Archbishop Aris Shirvanian, adding that there was plenty of commotion by fans and paparazzi surrounding the visit. "All I know is that she's a famous personality. I don't know her in person. In any case, she is welcome with her family."

No details were provided about the ceremony, but we will likely soon see parts of it on the family's reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians. The visit to the Middle East was captured on E!'s cameras. is your #1 source for Black celebrity news, photos, exclusive videos and all the latest in the world of hip hop and R&B music.
