Kim Kardashian Isn't Here for Your Questions About Her Work Ethic

Star dares us to "just try" working as hard as she does.

Kim Kardashian — the Da Vinci of selfies, purveyor of waist trainers and beauty products and reality TV thespian — is tired of being referred to as "famous for being famous." In fact, she vents to Access Hollywood, she dares any one of us to spend a day in her sky-high stilettos and then snark that she doesn't do anything for a living. Building a multimillion dollar empire off of 45 minutes of sex tape is hard work, after all.

“To be honest, I don’t really pay attention to it,” Kardashian tells host Billy Bush about her many detractors. “I get more fed up with questions like — I was traveling recently and I was doing a press day and people were like, 'How do you feel when people say what do you do?' And I'm like, I'm here working, aren't I? Like, I'm here to promote something.”

"I said, 'Hey why don't you do this: tell someone else that you think can do it. Tell them to do everything that I've done in my career and see if they end up where I'm at,'" she adds. "Try it. Just try it. I dare you."

Now, let's be real. Kim's career is centered around a few advantages that the rest of us just don't have (or, at least, aren't willing to share with the rest of the world). But she has managed to turn lemons into about $100 million worth of lemonade, so we give her credit fort that.
