"He's not doing great," a source said. "His speech is still slurred and he can barely walk on his own yet. He forgets a lot of people's names — sometimes even his own. He definitely has some memory loss."
His estranged wife Khloé Kardashian is also weighing in on his delayed progress, saying that sometimes she's not even sure if he understands how he got to where he is today.
"I don't know if he can right now," she said when asked if Lamar has been able to show her gratitude for sticking by his side. "Like, I don't know if he fully understands everything, but I know he is grateful... and I'm not doing it for validation. I'm not doing it to get praise back."
Meanwhile, the two-time NBA champ and his tragic downfall was the obsession of Google this year. The search engine released its annual study of the year's most Googled topics, considered to be the definitive insight into what's on people's minds, and the Odom tragedy topped the list.
Hopefully people learned something from all that Googling and the former NBA champ slowly and gradually makes progress as the days go by.
