Why Is Stacey Dash Suing a Strip Club?

The belle of Fox News strikes again.

Stacey Dash wants to be taken seriously as a political commentator, so she's firing shots at a Los Angeles strip club for using an old image from her modeling days to promote an upcoming party.

Deja Vu in Downtown L.A. dug up one of Dash's images from her 2006 Playboy spread, and popped it on a flyer for the birthday party of a lucky employee named Tony. Stacey got hold of the flyer and is pretty upset about it, saying the image was used without her permission and that it's damaging to her reputation as a serious news figure. She tells TMZ that a lawsuit is in the works.

So, if her credibility is the issue, then who is she going to sue over all her clueless statements?
