Let's face it, when Beyoncé poses for a fashion spread we stop and take notes because the woman can do no wrong. Not only does she have the sickest body around, but she only puts herself in the hands of people who really know what they're doing. In a behind-the-scenes video taken during her CR Fashion Book photo shoot, Bey talked about being a muse for the Riccardo Tisci and Carine Roitfeld-styled spread and trusting the staff in order to create art.
"This is going to be really fun for me; That was definitely interesting and I loved the mask! I couldn’t see anything but it's a hot ass picture. I think we got what we need; It was really interesting to do something that was not the typical, classic photography. We really made and created art. I was kind of the muse and I trusted everyone here and I just went for it. That is always exciting for me; I haven't done that in a few years."
For the fifth issue's spread, which was shot by photographer Pierre Debusschere, Bey rocked styles from Commes Des Garcons, Prada, Givenchy and Celine including edgy pieces like a crystal facemask with giant pink pompoms and a floor-length weave with furry ears.
