When a couple has been together for a nice while eventually the questions turn to marriage and babies, but Gabrielle Union wants everyone to know that she's not in any rush for either with her boyfriend Dwyane Wade. The actress, who just celebrated her 40th birthday, chatted with Just The Fab about how happy she is with where she stands in her relationship.
"I mean, we like each other a lot and we both failed miserably the last time either one of us got married. So, I think we're doing it slow, you know what I mean? I think when you rush in, then people have crap to say; if you go too slow people have stuff to say, so, I think we have to just take it at the pace that's great for us," she said. "But, who knows? I'm open to everything but, right now, I just like saying 'my boyfriend, my boyfriend, my boyfriend DWade.' And then maybe later, provided my eggs aren't dust, we'll see what I can (coughs) cough out."
Union, who was married to NFL player Chris Howard from 2001 to 2006, isn't making plans to freeze her eggs, and just as she isn't dying for Wade to put a ring on it, she isn't experiencing baby fever either.
"I’ll probably get baby-fever somewhere after, you know, marriage fever. And I'm still enjoying boyfriend-girlfriend fever."
