Since the introduction of baby North West into her busy life, Kim Kardashian has had to learn how to handle mommy hood with growing her empire. In a recent interview with Romy & the Bunnies, Kim K shared what have been the challenges of being a working mother and what have been the best parts of her new gig.

"I love being a mom. It's the most rewarding feeling! I really love every phase. Just the way my daughter laughs with me, all of the small things in life you appreciate!" she said.

As for the difficult parts of juggling work and baby, she explained how going back into the workforce after taking a hiatus was hard because she didn't want to be away from North. She mentioned the importance of prioritizing and learning as you go along.

"It is an adjustment trying to balance a career and motherhood, for sure, but the key is to prioritize," she said. "You become more selective and work on projects that are so meaningful because you want every other waking moment spent with your family. You have to remember, though, to make time for yourself. If you feel good, you will be happy in your career and family life, and everyone is happy!"

As for another important lesson she's learned since becoming a mom is how much she values family, which isn't such a far-fetched one to grasp considering how close knit the Kardashian clan is.

"Motherhood has taught me that family is everything and not much else matters! I was brought up to value family, but it's a whole new meaning when it is your own family. All of the small things that used to affect me, I just don't have time to bother with it anymore." always gives you the latest fashion and beauty trends, tips and news.
