Ciara is making postpartum look so hot and easy! The new mommy recently posted photos of her post-baby body. We still can't believe she just gave birth four months ago, because those abs are out of control! The singer shared that she's lost 60 pounds and we're loving the way she looks in her Calvin Klein underwear.
We know she must have put a lot of work into trimming down after delivering a 9 lbs, 10 oz. baby boy, and in a recent interview with People magazine, her personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, said the singer was hitting the gym every day. She took to interval training, squats, lunges, rowing, push-ups, crunches, overhead presses, and jumps to lose the weight and push herself to even better form than before. Peterson said that Ciara made sure to take care of herself with proper sleep and nutrients in order to be a good mother for her child. In a separate interview, Ciara said that she wasn't going to let her hectic lifestyle keep her from getting fit.
"You go from the mommy gym at home to the real gym and then you go to the stage," she told Us Weekly. "For me it's all about not only getting back into the place that I was in before. I had a baby but now, going even further. I want to be one of those moms and women that when I look back, I know that I always stayed focused. And I think it's about keeping your eyes on the prize."
On Instagram, Ciara shared photos of her progress and commented on how proud she felt.
"After Delivering My Son I Feel Like There's Nothing I Can't Do. I Feel Like I Can Conquer The World. #ANewMe #NewMusic. So Proud To Rock #mycalvins 60lbs later!!" she wrote.
