Rihanna is gearing up for her first charity ball and to make sure it’s a monumental success, she’s calling in some big names to help her pull the show off. The singer has asked Jimmy Kimmel to serve as the host for the Diamond Ball event and Brad Pitt will introduce RiRi before she performs on stage.

The Diamond Ball, which is set for Dec. 11 at the Vineyard in Beverly Hills, will raise funds for the Clara Lionel Foundation, an organization Rihanna founded in 2012 in honor of her grandparents. The foundation’s mission is to “improve the quality of life for communities globally in the areas of health, education, arts, and culture.” Money raised during the charity ball will also go towards improving facilities at the Clara Brathwaite Center for Oncology and Nuclear Medicine at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Barbados. Their goal is to purchase new equipment and improve infrastructure planning, a project that will cost $2.4 million.

“One of the greatest benefits of my job was being able to start the Clara Lionel Foundation in honor of my grandparents,” Rihanna said. “There is truly nothing I’m more proud of and we’ve just gotten started. I’m excited to continue my work and thrilled to be able to host the Diamond Ball a night that promises to be elegant and inspirational.”
