Jessica White knows how to get women to quit procrastinating over their workouts: the secret is "orgasmic" squats. The Sports Illustrated model credits her trainer, Robert Brace, for inventing the move.
“He’s the only trainer that’s gotten my ass out of the bed at like 7 a.m.,” she tells Bikini.com. “I was doing these squats one time, and I was like, ‘Oh my God, this is orgasmic.'” She figures, “Maybe I was squeezing, and doing my kegels? I don’t know what it was … but I had to go to the bathroom. That’s when I realized my body was bigger than me.”
Um, can we get a demonstration of that move, please?
The outspoken cover girl also opened up about her rumored relationship with Nick Cannon — well, sort of. Saying they’re “friends,” she adds, “Nick and I will always be close no matter what. He has a beautiful heart — it’s not about his looks.”
She does confess, however, that a good heart can only go so far. “I greatly admire a man’s arms," she says, "but the shallow side of me admires a man’s package. It takes control of you. It shakes up your world in so many different ways … I don’t know.”
OK, then! Watch Jessica shake up Kevin Hart's world on an episode of Real Husbands of Hollywood, below:
