Sara Stokes from Diddy's "Making The Band" reality show has filed a lawsuit against T-Pain for unpaid royalties.
According to documents obtained by allhiphop.com, the singer/songwriter filed a federal lawsuit last Friday (June 4) stating that T-Pain (born Faheem Rasheed Najm) distributed two songs that Stokes co-wrote to Jennifer Hudson without her permission or credit.
Stokes' Sarmony Entertainment will now take Pain's Nappy Boy Production/Nappy Boy Publishing to court for all of the revenue generated from the songs, including attorney fees.
"What's Wrong (Go Away)" featured on Hudson's Grammy-receiving LP "Jennifer Hudson," is one of the songs in question.
Representatives for T-Pain have yet to comment on the matter.
