Lady Gaga will debut her new video for "Yoü and I" this week.

On Thursday night (August 18) the international pop will chat with Sway for the television special "MTV First: Lady Gaga" and premiere her fourth single from her sophomore album Born This Way. Gaga is also set to make another big announcement that evening.

The "Yoü and I" video premieres at 7:49 p.m. ET on MTV and Logo and will also screen on mtvU, MTV Hits and Tr3s at 8 p.m. on that night.

"The relation of the video to my real life, as well as to my dream of the future, is really what makes it so special," Gaga said about her upcoming video on a Taiwanese talk show last month. "Part of what Born This Way is all about is choosing to live halfway between reality and fantasy at all times, and how anyone can do that. So this video really, really challenges that idea and also celebrates it. And it's very exciting."

Images of Gaga dressed as her male alter ego Jo Calderone and bits about another alter ego, a mermaid named Yuyi have also surfaced.
