Big Sean has finally has broken his silence.

A couple of weeks ago, the Detroit MC was arrested for sexual assault in upstate New York. Sean insisted he was innocent, but he hasn't commented about the incident since. However, according to MTV, the 23-year-old rapper finally had a few words about his case in an interview with U.K. DJ Tim Westwood a few days ago.

"Man, that was just some little minor s---, man," said Sean, who was in London to perform at Cargo with his mentor, Kanye West. "I really wanna talk about it too, and go through the details, but my lawyer says I can't talk about it till it's all said and done."

Big Sean and his friend Willie "SayItAintTone" Hansbro were both arrested in Lewiston, New York, on August 4, charged with forcible touching, unlawful imprisonment and sex abuse by a woman after a concert. Sean was in town to perform with "Black and Yellow" rapper Wiz Khalifa on his Rolling Papers tour. Big Sean and Hansbro were both released shortly after their arrest on $500 bail each, and are due back in Niagara County Court on September 6. Stay tuned.
