Apparently taking pictures of Lil Wayne has become a hazardous activity. For the second time in a month Weezy has been accused of ordering a physical attack on a man looking to snap a photo of the hip hop star.
According to TMZ, the accuser Alfredo Marino alleges that he saw Wayne and his entourage skateboarding when he approached the crew to request a photo, but was denied. Marino, who says he’s a huge fan of the rapper, decided to snap some unauthorized photos from his car. It was there that he says Wayne approached and threatened him, saying, “Don’t you know all it takes is a word and these motherf----s are going to f--- you up?”
From there Marino alleges that he was hit from behind with a skateboard, which caused bleeding from his head. The attack allegedly left him with a concussion and vertigo.
Marino's lawyer, Craig Chisvin, told TMZ, “My client will enforce all of his rights under the law and all individuals responsible for this outrageous incident will be blamed for the damages that my client has suffered and continues to suffer.”
In April, the Young Money MC was accused of a similar attack on a photographer in Miami.
