Kat Dahlia is in trouble with the law. The Miami-based rapper was arrested for driving under the influence and resisting arrest in Miami Beach early Tuesday morning, report local police.
According to the arrest affidavit, Dahlia (real name: Katriana Huguet) was pulled over by cops around 3:30 a.m. for traveling at 50 mph in a 30 mph zone and driving without her headlights on. The officers asked her to get out of the car when they smelled alcohol and noticed she had bloodshot eyes. After resisting on grounds that she was wearing a swimsuit, the officers gave her a chance to cover up and she exited the car appearing visibly drunk.
"You only assume I might be drunk because I forgot to turn my headlights on and I'm a speeder," Dahlia retorted and then cursed the officers, refused to perform standard sobriety tests and resisted being handcuffed. 
The "Gangsta" rapper, who turned 23 on Monday, was jailed with a $2,000 bond.
