Gucci Mane is suing Waka Flocka Flame and momanger Debra Antney for fraud, racketeering, and conspiracy, TMZ reports.

According to legal documents, Gucci claims Waka's mom and his former Bricksquad affiliate stole from him and ruined his career.

The Atlanta native alleges Antney, who also formerly managed French Montana and Nicki Minaj, took more than her allotted 20 percent commission from his earnings, illegally cashed in on royalties and named herself CEO of his company without permission.

Furthermore, Gucci blames his tax debt on Antney's alleged theft and wants a judge to freeze her assets, along with Waka's.

Although Gucci has been battling Waka for much of the year, first by trying to drop him from Bricksquad in March (Waka reacted by saying, "You can't kick the boss out"), Antney also has a reputation for bad business relationships. She called Minaj's Pink Friday debut "terrible" after the rapper reportedly dropped her, and she sued Montana last year.

Neither party has commented on the suit but Monday (Nov. 18) night Gucci tweeted the following: "Trust God F---- H--s." is your #1 source for Black celebrity news, photos, exclusive videos and all the latest in the world of hip hop and R&B music.
