Despite a few hiccups here and there, Kanye West is really in a Zen space these days. The mercurial music star has particularly been at his best while serving community service for his 2013 battery case.

According to TMZ, West was given a gleaming review from the judge in the case who received an update on the rapper’s performance during a court hearing on Thursday (July 17). The "Bound 2" MC has completed 30 of his 250 hours of community service at L.A. Trade Technical College and his supervisor told the judge it has been "an excellent display of work."

Not only has ‘Ye been on point speaking to students at the school about his experience as a fashion designer, he’s also been "performing excellently" in his anger management therapy sessions. West has already participated in 10 of the 24 sessions, which are part of the plea deal he struck in March for an altercation he had with a photographer at LAX in July 2013.

West is still dealing with a civil suit from the pap he had the incident with, Daniel Ramos.
