Keyshia Cole Won't Be Prosecuted for Condo Attack

Jail time off the table for the singer after alleged fight at Birdman's nest.

"She" singer Keyshia Cole will not be prosecuted for putting hands on a woman inside Birdman's West Hollywood, Calif., condo.

A Los Angeles City Attorney's Office source told TMZ that Cole instead will sit down with her accuser in an informal meeting, and receive stern warning. She may also face anger management classes, but jail time is off the table.

Cole was arrested for misdemeanor battery in September after allegedly attacking a woman. Story goes, Cole arrived to Birdman's place –– he's rumored to be her boyfriend –– saw the woman inside, and went into a violent, jealous rage.

Although the charge has been dropped, the accuser, Sabrina Mercidel, is suing, claiming damage to her finger among other issues, and a judge has awarded her a restraining order; Cole must stay at least 100 feet away.
