V4Muzik to Headline November Music Matters Showcase

South African duo to take NYC stage for the first time.

Published November 11, 2014

BET Music Matters is bringing you some early cheer with a free show that features some of tomorrow’s top global talent today.

South African sensations Vicus and Vincent, collectively known as V4Muzik will bring their unique sound and performance skills to the NYC stage, showing the world why their buzz has reached an international audience.

In addition to some of their own material, the brothers will be performing some of the covers that helped them garner attention, including Bruno Mars's “When I Was Your Man.”

Also performing will be U.K. soul man Raheem Bakare, whose most recent single, “Portrait of Love,” has helped him establish the European crooner as one of this year’s artists to watch.

Doors open at 8 p.m. for the show, which takes place at S.O.B’s in downtown Manhattan, and fans should arrive early as spacing is limited. Trust us, you don’t want to miss this night, which also includes rising stars Layne Harper, Mikaylah and Anthony Flammia.

Warming things up as usual will be the one and only Buttahman on the mic and DJ Lyve & Max October behind the turntables.

Admission is free but attendees should bring ID as this is a 21 and over show.

Watch Kevin Hart in a new episode of Real Husbands of Hollywood every Tuesday, 10P/9C.
