Sabrina Mercadel alleges that Cole slapped her on the butt and said, “You can get the money later,” when she found her inside the Cash Money CEO’s residence around 5 a.m.
Mercadel insists that her relationship with Birdman was strictly platonic (which her attorney misspelled in the lawsuit as "plutonic," meaning a rock formation rather than a non-sexual relationship). She says Cole burst into the unit yelling, “Who the f**k are you?” and, “What are you doing with my man?”
Cole was arrested for battery at the time, although the charges were later dropped. She hasn’t confirmed or denied the incident and is said to still be involved with Birdman. He reportedly apologized with a cash offering, and the “She” singer sent him a message by uploading (and deleting) two videos for him of her straddling a piano with soft music playing in the background.
