Lil Wayne is the topic of many a headline this week, with the latest involving a disagreement with his tour bus driver, Mark Jones, who claims that the rapper threatened to kill him.

According to TMZ, it all apparently started when Weezy hired Jones to drive him and his crew around for his 2014 summer concert tour with their first stop being in Buffalo. After he decided to pull over at around 11:30 p.m. for gas, Jones said that Wayne became enraged and verbally abusive, causing him to become scared for his life. He proceeded to continue driving without refueling to please the emcee.

Though he did as the rapper wished, Jones said that Wayne never stopped ranting, threating to "pistol whip" him, "whip [his] ass" and end it all by killing him. Jones claimed that Wayne then pulled a gun on him, cocking it at close range before demanding, "I want to get to the hotel now."

Jones is now suing the "Drop the World" rapper for false imprisonment, assault and emotional distress.
