Rihanna performed her current hits, "B***h Better Have My Money" and "American Oxygen" during her appearance on the season finale of Saturday Night Live last night — her fifth time on the long-running sketch comedy series.
After an introduction by host Louis C.K., the show-stopping set started with Rih behind the wheel of a car, which was deconstructed halfway through the song to give the pop star room to dance out the rest of the verses for "BBHMM."
Later, for "American Oxygen," Rih opted for a more toned-down set design, silhouetted against the backdrop of an American flag.
The Bajan beauty has been on a new music tear lately, which hopefully means an announcement of her new album isn't too far behind. The singer teased a tiny snippet from a new track, "If Only For a Night," on Friday (May 15) as part of two new spots she made for her Dior campaign.
According to Women's Wear Daily, the full single — which samples Florence + The Machine's song of the same name — will debut early next week, along with the entire short film for Dior.
Adding "FourFiveSeconds," which dropped in January, this makes us four singles deep into Rihanna's new album. How many more until she graces us with the whole thing?
