A$AP Rocky is in some hot water as a fan is suing him after she was trampled at a A$AP Mob show. Though he's the one being targeted in the lawsuit, A$AP wasn't actually involved in the incident — one of his Mob members was.

TMZ reports that Krystina Clowes claims in a new lawsuit that she was taking in the performance of A$AP Ferg in 2013 when she was suddenly slammed into the ground suffering a fractured vertebra. The injury happened after A$AP Mob member Young Shabba dove into the crowd, attempting to crowd surf, but, instead, landed on Clowes.

The injured fan says in the documents that she's still in critical condition and may never fully recover. Though Rocky wasn't involved in the actual incident, Clowes claims that the Mob's history of stage diving warrants them being all held responsible for her distress. She's gunning for $75,000 minimum in damages. Let's see how this one turns out.
