Maybe Next Time: Beyonce Isn't Sexy Enough For This Federal Judge

The queen wins big for not doing too much on 'XO' track.

Queen Bey ain’t worried about nothin’ this morning as she dodges yet another claim that she’s stolen music from an unknown musician.

This time, Ms. Carter’s festival anthem ‘XO’ was subpoenaed in court by an Ahmad Javon Lane who claims that the song is clearly a rip off of his own ‘XoXo.’

However a federal judge dismissed the claims against Beyoncé because she simply wasn’t raunchy enough. Lane’s song which talks about being horny surpasses Bey’s PG-13 hold my hand in Coney Island track.

The judge also mentioned the songs sounded completely different musically and lyrically noting that themes were vastly different.

Now, we know Beyoncé can get down and dirty, just take a listen to "Drunk in Love" but we also know, can't nobody keep her biz on the low like she can. All hail, the Queen B. is your #1 source for Black celebrity news, photos, exclusive videos and all the latest in the world of hip hop and R&B music.
