Kid Ink is in hot water and faces a possible lawsuit over something that happened at one of his shows.

Junior Parriera, a fan who was at his Sao Paulo show on Sunday, was thrown into the stands by Ink’s security after rushing the stage. Ouch. The incident was captured on Parriera’s own phone as he tells TMZ he’s a huge fan of the “Show Me” rapper but feels he’s owed an apology. If he doesn’t get one soon, he plans on suing Kid Ink for public humiliation and the injuries he sustained.

Parriera admitted he probably shouldn’t have acted out but says Kid Ink’s bodyguard, Bigg Chuck, used excessive force to remove him from the stage. Now it’s a waiting game to see what comes first, the apology, or lawsuit. is your No. 1 source for Black celebrity news, photos, exclusive videos and all the latest in the world of hip hop and R&B music.
