Drake's Producers Drop Hints About Views From the 6

Noah "40" Shebib and Boi-1da imply the album could be coming soon.

Drake’s forthcoming album Views From The 6 could be dropping any minute, if his longtime producer Noah “40” Shebib is to be trusted. The OVO Sound producer dropped some major breadcrumbs on Instagram this weekend, in the form of a cryptic photo of a file named simply, "Views":

Boi-1da appeared to co-sign with a mysterious tweet of his own:

Could this mean the anticipated album is finally complete? There have been rumblings of a January delivery date since November, when Drake released a promotional clip with a note that read, “The 6 is watching. Hope you’re ready to face him,” and ends with a January 6, 2016 date. Though that date passed by without any new music, it doesn't mean Views won't release in the very near future — especially since Kanye West announced February 11 as the date that his SWISH album will come out.
There's nothing to do now but wait — and keep a watch on the OVO inner circle's social media pages for more news.
Meanwhile, Drake himself is unbothered by the pressure to drop his next opus. Last week, the rapper showed up at yet another basketball game, this time shocking Pepperdine University students by showing up to watch their Waves play. We now know that Drizzy dropped in to see his friend Lamond Murray Jr. — the son of former NBA player Lamond Murray and the cousin of former NBA player Tracy Murray — on the court. Though he stayed up in the bleachers rather than courtside, as per his usual, that didn't stop Drake from capturing everyone's attention during the game. At one point, he reportedly even busted out his "Hotline Bling" dance.
Not all fans were excited to see him at the game, though:
