Krayzie Bone had to cancel the rest of his Canadian tour due to what he described as sickness, however it may be a lot more than that.

According to TMZ, the Bone Thugs-N-Harmony member is suffering from an “intense case of pneumonia,” brought on by sarcoidosis, an autoimmune disease that attacks the lungs. This is the same disease that claimed the life of comedian Bernie Mac in 2008.

Krayzie also said he believes the medicine he’s taking to cure the disease is actually doing harm to him by weakening his immune system and allowing the sickness to fester.

Doctors have reportedly told the Cleveland native to seek treatment in Los Angeles, which is why he cancelled the rest of his tour. “Due to some health complications, I am forced to postpone the final dates of my Canadian tour,” he captioned in a post on Instagram. “My apologies but we will be back in April to rock with y’all.” He posted a similar message on Twitter as well.
