Soulja Boy’s performance late Tuesday night (March 29) escalated into what the rapper is claiming is an unwarranted drug raid, which resulted in the arrest of his publicist, Erica Nailor.

As reported, Nailor was taken into police custody from Club La Vela in Panama City for possession of cannabis. The cops allegedly found 10.2 grams of marijuana after the club’s security reportedly noticed the odor and notified the authorities.

Today (March 31) TMZ reports in an exclusive interview that the rapper claims he was in the dressing room for barely two minutes when the police showed up. He is insisting that he was set up, along with his entourage, with his publicist being “caught in the wrong place at the wrong time.”

Soulja is claiming that no one was smoking and the discovery of less than half an ounce of marijuana was “wrongfully pinned” on Nailor.
