Triplets Will Attend an Ivy League Together in the Fall

Triplets Malik, Ahmad and Khalil Jones of Washington, D.C., have been accepted into Ivy League colleges.

This academic success story comes in three.

A positive competitive spirit between triplets Malik, Ahmad and Khalil Jones has always driven their individual academic excellence. And the hard work has paid off as the brothers, who attend Georgetown Day School in Washington, D.C., have been accepted into Ivy League colleges.

The siblings will continue to stick together as they begin college in the fall. “The three of us together shine so much more brightly than the three of us separate,” Ahmad said to NBC Washington.
The young men are still deciding between the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University. They also have the identical GPA of 3.7 and their SAT scores were very close to each other.
They credit their work ethic to their parents, who challenged them to be their best. “If one of them can accomplish something, then without a doubt I can definitely do it, too,” said Malik of his brothers.
