A resident in Southfield, Mich., was alarmed to find fliers for an upcoming local election reading, "let's get the Blacks out of Southfield in November," Fox 2 News reports.
The flier also has an image of Trayvon Martin, who was killed by George Zimmerman. There are also images of all the white candidates running for mayor in the town.
"This to me says he needed to be killed and that's someone's child and it's being used in this message," Tamiko Denson, a woman who grew up in the area told Fox 2.
In another flier, a man in a KKK hood points a gun at the head of a Black boy, who is wearing a hoodie.
The news outlet reached out to politicians on the bill. Kenson Siver, one of the candidates, said no one supports the flier and that it is spreading hate.
