[Watch] Two Cops Use Dog to Fatally Attack New Jersey Man

And then told his family that the man had a heart attack.

VinelandNew Jersey police officers Louis Platania and Rich Janasiak are under scrutiny after assaulting a man and then using a police K-9 dog to fatally attack him.

Phillip White, 32, can be seen on a camera as he was brutally attacked by two police officers and a dog.

After the incident, the officers tried to confiscate the cellphone from the witness who captured the attack. It is unclear as to how the events escalated; however, it is very hard to watch a dying White as he struggles to breath and break free. Phillip's mother, Pamela White, was notified of her son's death by police at her job. She was told he died of a heart attack on the way to the hospital.

These events occurred nearly a year ago and the autopsy still has not been released. In fact, little to no action has been taken to prosecute the officers in the video.

According to the officers, “White was high on PCP and being physical with the officers.” This sounds a little too much like Training Day. And those cops are definitely crooked.
