This weekend, the National Policy Institute is hosting a conference in Washington D.C. in celebration of Donald Trump winning the 2016 presidential election.
Earlier this evening (Nov. 19) things took a violent turn between protesters and attendees, with at least one person suffering a bloody injury. Take a look, below:
In the footage above, someone can be heard screaming "f**k Nazis," while chaos erupts and the man is beaten before police are able to step in.
The white nationalist think tank hosting the event shared on their website that the conference was in celebration of the "year of Donald Trump."
Among the 250 expected to attend the weekend conference is former reality TV star Tila Tequila, who hasn't been shy about voicing her support for the group's organizers.
Meanwhile, outside of the event, a number of protesters continue to gather, with one person holding a sign reading, "No to Racism and Fascism."
The event remains ongoing tomorrow (Nov. 20) but hopefully won't see any more violent altercations.
