Within an hour of airtime, Trump responded to the bit, of course, on Twitter. "Just tried watching Saturday Night Live - unwatchable! Totally biased, not funny and the Baldwin impersonation just can't get any worse. Sad," he wrote.
The segment assumed the cold open as usual and was hosted by Emma Stone. The person Trump was retweeting in the segment reflected the real life instance of him retweeting a Twitter user named Seth.
"Seth seems so cool, his Twitter bio says he wants to make America great again," Alec Baldwin said as Trump. Baldwin’s foundation responded to The Donald’s sour grapes about the episode. “...@realDonaldTrump,” the account tweeted. “Release your tax returns and I'll stop. Ha.”
Of course, the rest of Twitter had their fun with the episode and Trump’s response to it. Check out some of the best Donald Trump clap backs and what originally went down below.

@realDonaldTrump Perfect! Maybe just stop watching SNL. Use that time to read up on Taiwan? Or climate change? Or hate crimes? ✌️️— Mike Kosinski (@TheMikeKosinski) December 4, 2016
