  1. We all know the powers of gentrification, but A bar called Saint Felix in West Hollywood, California, has taken it to a whole new level by selling 40-ounces of Colt 45 in brown paper bags for $15

One customer took a picture of the menu and posted it to social media.

  2. And people on Twitter responded appropriately
  3. John Arakaki, the bar’s owner, defended his choice and claimed he was paying homage to a classic

"We're not gentrifying anything — that's not even the right word," Arakaki told LAist this week. "When I was a kid growing up in Cleveland and going to Ohio State, we loved Colt 45 because of the Billy Dee Williams commercials."

“It's not that we're patronizing or mocking,” he added. “It's just a fun nostalgic memory of me and my friends."
