Look: A Troll Told This Beautiful Teen Fighting Cancer She Wasn't Beautiful After Chemo Left Her Bald and Everyone Came to Her Defense

Sarah Manzanares, 17, shared pics of herself in treatment on Twitter.

Internet trolls are at every corner. The Web can be a scary place, but sometimes it shows its kinder side.

For example, 17-year-old Sarah Manzanares was diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma, a type of cancer. At first, Sarah thought chemotherapy would be something that would take her beauty away. After the procedure, however, she looked at herself and told the world she thinks she looks as pretty as she did beforehand.

“I think I look good bald,” she wrote. “I really was sad when I started losing my hair because of my chemo, but now I love my bald head.”

We love it, too! Twitter also went wild with the praise for Sarah’s new look as her pair of tweeted pics and heartwarming message went viral. “She’s so freaking beautiful,” a user wrote in response.

Well, that’s when a troll moved in. “No you really dont. Good luck with your treatment though,” he wrote before he removed the comment.

This had the social media site in an uproar. They correctly went after him after seeing his tweet. “This is honestly one of the worst things i have seen on this site, you must be a really insecure person to be making fun of a cancer patient,” a user aptly replied.

What’s also dope about this story is that other cancer patients have reached out to Sarah with their stories and pics of progression. Everyone knows someone who’s had cancer, and the best way to fight it is to remain strong and keep a good attitude. That’s Sarah in a nutshell.

BTW, she says she wants to raise enough money to create a makeup channel for cancer patients on YouTube. “I decided when I raise enough money, I’m going to start a makeup channel for cancer patients on YouTube, and that’s how I’ll repay them,” she told Buzzfeed. She also added that she wants to teach “tips and tricks from chemo nausea to [coping with] depression” on the channel as well.

Check out everything that went down, including the best responses, below.
