The media coverage of Tropical Storm Harvey has been non-stop since it first made landfall. During one particular interview with volunteers helping those stranded in high water, one news reporter gave people something to smile about.

After speaking with a Harvey volunteer, a reporter with KPRC delivered one of the coldest handshakes Black Twitter has ever seen. 

After seeing the clip posted by The Shade Room, people agreed that reporter has been to cookout, packed himself a plate, and winked at the aunt who made the potato salad.

"Didn't fumble one time throughout the handshake. Must have been to a few BBQ's, commented @marcus_reese on Instagram. 

Others guessed he's probably had some Black influences in his life. 

"He was raised in the hood...... lol," wrote @zzzgraham.

"He's definitely got a black girlfriend," added @amazing_ng.

The handshake was so smooth, one even suggested we make him an honorary member of the community.

"Smooth transition. Eye contact was solid. Let's get this brotha a black card," wrote @wolfpxckhitter.
