Recently, ESPN issued a statement regarding Jemele Hill's tweets wherein she called Donald Trump a white supremacist. Although the network said her opinions do not reflect those of the sports network, President Trump wants a formal apology, and Don Lemon has a message for 45.
A TMZ camera caught up with Lemon at what looks like an airport and asked what he thought about Trump's demand for an apology. The CNN anchor said if anyone should offer an apology, it should be Trump for the derogitory comments he made about former President Obama.
“I think when the president worked for NBC at The Apprentice and he said that Barack Obama was not born here and he called Barack Obama racist, when he apologizes for that then maybe ESPN should apologize," Lemon told TMZ.
