Twitter Is Going In On Trump After He Called Kim Jong-un 'Rocket Man' And Threatened War While Addressing A Stunned UN General Assembly

"I think it's gonna be a long, long time till other countries respect this nation again."

On Tuesday, President Trump delivered a speech at the United Nations General Assembly. During the speech, which he delivered for the first time, Donald Trump told leaders from around the globe the United States is prepared to take action against North Korea and the country's dictator. 

While addressing the assembly, Trump threatened to “totally destroy” North Korea and called Iran a “rogue nation.” 

  1. While speaking about North Korea, Trump referred to Kim Jong-Un as 'Rocket Man'
  2. During Trump's address, other world leaders displayed emotions that were a combination of apathy, disdain, disbelief, and can't help but laugh
  3. People who watched Trump's speech seemed embarrassed by his decision to use 'Rocket Man'
  4. Others feared the US would lose credibility and respect from other nations
  5. Whereas some could not help but poke fun at the 'Rocket Man' insult
  6. Not to mention the Elton John connection to the phrase
