Michael Che Called Trump A "Cheap Cracker" For His Petty Puerto Rico Relief Response

And people are going crazy over his savage joke.

For the season premiere of Saturday Night Live, the cast went all out on Donald Trump and his disgraceful behavior over the past week.

  • First, during the cold open, Alec Baldwin trotted out his Emmy Award-winning impersonation of the president, but the Trump jabs were sharpest from Michael Che.

During the “Weekend Update” segment, Che, who acted as a co-anchor of the show, trashed Trump for his response to Hurricane Maria and his tweeting about San Juan mayor Carmen Yulín Cruz, calling her “nasty.”

"Oh, really Donald, you b***h?," he said. "Was she nasty to you? How nasty? Are you shaking? You wanna go smoke a Virginia Slim until your hand stops moving?

"This isn't that complicated, man, it's hurricane relief. These people need help," Che continued. "You just did this for white people twice. Do the same thing. Go tell Melania to put on her flood heels, get some bottled water, some food, pack up some extra Atlanta Falcons Super Bowl T-shirts, and write them a check with our money, you cheap cracker.
"In one month, you've mishandled Puerto Rico, DACA, the NFL, it's like whenever anybody darker than your golf pants has a problem, you're thinking, 'how can I make this worse?'"

Most of the Island of Puerto Rico still is without power and a steady supply of food, water and other essentials. At least 16 people have died in PR as a result of Hurricane Maria.
