When it comes to the topic of which gender fares better in the kitchen, the progressive, 2017, thing to say would be gender does not determine one's domestic capabilities. However, one man in Australia recently did something so unusual, everyone is questioning how clueless men can be.

Recently, Cindy the owner of a business called Breastmilk Jewellery, shared a post on Facebook which claimed her husband mistook her menstrual cup for a measuring cup.

For those of you who don't know, menstrual cups are small cups made of silicone which are inserted into the vagina during a woman's cycle.

According to Cindy, her toddler got a hold of her menstrual cup which prompted her to take it from the child and place it next to the sink. Then Cindy's husband apparently saw the cup and used it to make a meal with rice.

  1. When Cindy went to the kitchen the next day, she saw her cup in the bag of rice
  2. She then texted her husband in a panic
  3. After Cindy posted the ordeal to Facebook, several media outlets reported the story and people could not handle it
  4. However, some found the story a little too entertaining to be true
