Barack Obama Beat Donald Trump And Won 'Most Admired Man' In America
As petty and childish as Donald Trump is, you know he’s stewing over the latest accolade he didn’t receive.
It’s not only about not winning, but whom he was named runner up to.
A Gallup poll released on Wednesday (December 27) revealed that Barack Obama is America’s “Most Admired” man. He edged out Trump, 17 percent to 14 percent, to win the title for the 10th time.
Obama won the award when he was elected president, every year he was in office and now, the first year he’s been out. To make matters worse for 45, Hillary Clinton won “Most Admired Woman.” She edged out Michelle Obama and has retained her honor for the 16th consecutive year.
Gallup did note that as Barack Obama fades from the public light, the likeness of him winning the award in subsequent years becomes less and less. They note that former presidents are often in the top 10, but rarely ever win.
We haven’t heard from Trump yet about the poll, but since it has something to do with him, we’re sure he’s at least contemplated trashing the poll and everyone who loves it.
